ИНВЕСТИЦИОННАЯ ПРИВЛЕКАТЕЛЬНОСТЬ РЕГИОНА КАК ФАК- ТОР КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ

Abstract

The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the degree of investment attractiveness is a determining condition for active investment activity and effective socio-economic development of the economy at national and regional levels. The paper explores the regional investment activity, the main approaches and methods for its assessment. The competitive advantages of Pavlodar region, which determine its investment attractiveness have been considered. It has been determined that currently there is quite significant volume and range of operations related to investment activities, including agriculture. Investment activity is of interest not only for professional investors, but also for the population. It has been determined that the investment vector is a complex objective, which concentrates a set of issues and factors. The main directions of increasing the investment potential in the region have been indicated.
