АУЫЛ ШАРУАШЫЛЫҒЫНДА АДАМ РЕСУРСТАРЫН БАСҚАРУ

The system of strategic management of human resources in agriculture and stages of its use have been presented. The measures on improvement of skills of agricultural workers have been considered: the exchange of experience and knowledge; possibility of obtaining additional education in higher and secondary educational institutions; dual education; on-site training. Based on production indicators of JSC «Aкtyk», LLP «Rodina», LLP «Novokubanskoe», the influ-ence of the activity of highly qualified personnel on the growth of production volumes has been presented. Based on the example of JSC «Aкtyk», a linear equation of pair regression has been constructed.
