Abstract

The paper highlights the problems of agricultural production development, including the main one- the low level of innovation implementation. Main factors in the field of innovation management, possibility of selecting efficient technologies have been identified. The necessity of formation of organizational environment, which has impact on innovations, implementation of effective projects, expansion of inter-firm interactions have been presented. The tendencies of socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been analyzed, aims and objectives of innovative development of agri-industrial complex have been determined. Main directions of agricultural policy in scientific support for AIC have been presented.
