Стратегия управления и решения проблем специализации аграрной сферы в рыночных условиях должна базироваться на приоритетных направлениях развития агропромышленного комплекса, с учетом особенностей регионов, возможности внедрения в производство инноваций. В статье представлены различные теории экономической мысли и мнения современных ученых по специализации сельскохозяйственного производства. В этом аспекте выявлены основные факторы, оказывающие влияние на уровне региона и сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Определена ее роль в процессе интернационализации производства и кооперации хозяйствующих субъектов. Показаны особенности специализации в рыночных условиях на микро и макроуровнях и роль государства в этом процессе. Специализация в сельскохозяйственном производстве связана с преодолением противоречий между разделением труда и необходимостью комбинированного развития производства, позволяющего полнее учитывать природные, технологические, организационные требования, присущие сельскому хозяйству. Авторы констатируют, что при рассмотрении вопросов специализации в аграрном секторе необходимо учитывать законы рыночных отношений, использование таких рычагов воздействия, как спрос и предложение на сельскохозяйственную продукцию.
The management strategy and addressing the issues of specialization of agricultural sphere in market conditions should be based on the priority directions of the development of the agroindustrial complex, taking into account the specifics of the regions, the possibility of introducing innovations into production. The article presents various theories of economic thought and opinion of modern scientists on specialization of agricultural production. In this aspect, the main factors affecting the level of the region and agricultural enterprises have been identified. Its role in the process of internationalization of production and cooperation of economic entities has been defined. The features of specialization in market conditions at micro and macro levels and the role of the State in this process have been presented. Specialization in agricultural production is associated with overcoming the contradictions between labor division and the need for combined development of production, which allows to account more fully the natural, technological, organizational requirements inherent in agriculture. The authors state that when considering the issues of specialization in agricultural sector, it is necessary to take into account the laws of market relations, the use of such levers of influence as demand and supply on agricultural production.
