Для различных решений использовались соответствующие качественные и количественные методы исследования: аналитические, синтетические, логические и прочие.</p><p>Результаты – представлены способы повышения эффективности ресурсов за счет минимизации использования первичных природных запасов (к примеру, воды, электроэнергии), сокращения загрязняющих синтетических удобрений и максимально возможное применение биоматериалов (к примеру, сельскохозяйственных отходов) и очищенных сточных вод, что способствует плавному переходу к экономике замкнутого цикла в аграрной промышленности. Учитывая значимость экономики замкнутого цикла следует отметить важность поддержки данной концепции на государственном уровне.</p><p>Выводы – рециркуляция сельскохозяйственных отходов в перспективе позволит извлекать ряд преимуществ в экономическом, экологическом и социальном аспектах. Государству следует инвестировать капитал в развитие экономики замкнутого цикла, так как в долгосрочной перспективе фактическая выгода от этого перехода будет значительно увеличиваться. Важно исследовать не только эффективность и функциональность экономики замкнутого цикла, но также проводить исследования и внедрять инновации, способствующие функционированию данной системы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The goal is to provide a conceptual framework for a gradual transition to a circular economy through the analysis of authoritative literature sources.</p><p>Methods are based on the principles of system-structural analysis, scientific analysis and synthesis, and logical explanation and description of the problem are also presented. For various solutions, appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods were used: analytical, synthetic, logical, etc.</p><p>Outcomes – the ways to increase resource efficiency by minimizing the use of primary natural resources (e.g. water, electricity), reducing pollution by synthetic fertilizers, and maximizing the use of biomaterials (e.g. agricultural waste) and treated wastewater, thus contributing to a smooth transition to the closed cycle economy in agricultural industry are presented. Taking into account the importance of the circular economy, the importance of supporting this concept at the State level should be noted.</p><p>Conclusions – the recycling of agricultural waste in the future will provide a number of benefits in economic, environmental and social aspects. The State should invest capital in the development of a circular economy, since in the long-term perspective the actual benefits of this transition will increase significantly.
