На продовольственный сектор значительное влияние оказывают появление новых рынков на мировой арене, инновационные технологии, способствующие появлению нововведений и более совершенных инструментов организации цепочек поставок.</p><p>Цель – дать оценку современному состоянию и потенциал пищевой индустрии Казахстана, разработка мер повышения ее конкурентных преимуществ.</p><p>Методы – комплексный подход на основе сбора данных, включающих обзор научной литературы по теме исследования и адаптации его к поставленным задачам, сравнительный, системный анализ и логическое обобщение для оценки динамики производства продуктов питания.</p><p>Результаты – проанализирована сложившаяся ситуация в перерабатывающем комплексе, определены факторы, влияющие на производство, экспорт и импорт сельхозпродукции. Выявлены проблемы и перспективы его обновления. Предлагаются направления для необходимых структурных изменений, касающихся пищевой отрасли, в том числе расширение инновационной деятельности.</p><p>Выводы – пищевой сегмент является очень важной сферой экономики страны, так как изготовление пищевых товаров напрямую влияет на экономическую и продовольственную безопасность Республики Казахстан. Отмечается, что для расширения пищевого ассортимента потребуется модернизация существующих мощностей и создание собственной сырьевой базы, что будет способствовать росту рентабельности продукции. В качестве предложения высказано мнение, что необходимым условием развития пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности является внедрение новейших биотехнологий, включая импортозамещение, цифровую трансформацию, генерирование платформ взаимодействия всех участников данного рынка, гибкое реагирование на прогрессивные тенденции в отраслевой структуре.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>At present, the guidelines outlined in the long-term concept of the republic's development set the task of finding new methods to improve economic efficiency by increasing competitiveness of manufactured products for domestic food industry enterprises. Food sector is significantly influenced by the emergence of new markets in global arena, innovative technologies that contribute to emergence of innovations and more advanced tools for organizing supply chains.</p><p>The goal is to assess the current state and potential of food industry of Kazakhstan, develop measures to improve its competitive advantages.</p><p>Methods - integrated approach based on data collection, including review of scientific literature on the topic of the study and its adaptation to the tasks, comparative, system analysis and logical generalization to assess dynamics of food production.</p><p>Results - the current situation in the processing complex is analyzed, factors influencing production, export and import of agricultural products are determined. The problems and prospects for its renewal are identified. The directions for necessary structural changes concerning food industry are proposed, including expansion of innovative activities.</p><p>Conclusions - food segment is very important area of the country's economy, since production of food products directly affects economic and food security of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is noted that in order to expand food range, it will be necessary to modernize existing capacities and create our own raw material base, which will contribute to the growth of product profitability.
