   Актуальность – устойчивое развитие аграрного сектора, обеспечивающего население необходимыми и доступными продуктами питания, приоритетная задача государства в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности.

   Цель – проанализировать производство сельскохозяйственной продукции и продовольствия республики, выявить проблемы их хранения, рекомендовать пути решения на перспективу.

   Методы - экономико-статистический, анализа и синтеза, сравнения и прием абсолютных отклонений применялись при рассмотрении динамики валового сбора и урожайности сельхозкультур и показателей в животноводстве. Эмпирическую базу исследования составили данные Национального бюро статистики Агентства по стратегическому планированию и реформам Республики Казахстан за 2019-2024 годы, работы ведущих ученых-экономистов, занимающихся вопросами аграрной политики.

   Результаты – авторы отмечают, что создание условий для надлежащего содержания первичного материала способствует предотвращению потерь и сохранности качества товаров, конкурентоспособности на рынке, увеличению прибыльности аграрных предприятий, организации новых рабочих мест. Необходимость адаптации к рыночной среде требует от производителей улучшения производственных процессов и использования новых ресурсосберегающих нанотехнологий. Одним из трендов в потребительских предпочтениях является растущий интерес к экологически чистому продукту. Применение органических методов и натуральных компонентов становится все более востребованным, что способствует увеличению спроса на продукцию и завоеванию новых рыночных ниш.

   Выводы – одним из основных мер сбережения сельскохозяйственного сырья является строительство систем хранения, в частности складов, овоще-, зернохранилищ, отвечающих современным требованиям правильной эксплуатации с применением новейших технологий, это позволит сохранить пищевую ценность продовольственных товаров на длительный период времени. Следует уделять внимание логистике и лучшим видам транспортировки грузов, минимизирующих ущерб на всех этапах пути от поля до прилавка.

   Relevance - sustainable development of the agrarian sector, providing the population with necessary and affordable food products, the priority task of the state in ensuring food security.

   The aim is to analyze the production of agricultural products and foodstuffs of the republic, to identify the problems of their storage, to recommend ways of solution for the future.

   Methods - economic and statistical, analysis and synthesis, comparison and acceptance of absolute deviations were used when considering the dynamics of gross harvest and yield of agricultural crops and indicators in animal husbandry. The empirical base of the study was the data of the National Bureau of Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2024, works of leading scientists of economists engaged in agrarian policy.

   Results - the authors note that the creation of conditions for proper maintenance of primary material contributes to the prevention of losses and preservation of the quality of goods, competitiveness in the market, increasing the profitability of agrarian enterprises, organization of new jobs. The need to adapt to the market environment requires producers to improve production processes and use new resource-saving nano-technologies. One of the trends in consumer preferences is the growing interest in environmentally friendly products. The use of organic methods and natural components is becoming more and more in demand, which contributes to increasing demand for products and conquering new market niches.

   Conclusions - one of the main measures to save agricultural raw materials is the construction of storage systems, in particular warehouses, vegetable, grain storage facilities that meet modern requirements of proper operation with the use of the latest technologies, this will preserve the nutritional value of food products for a long period of time. Attention shouldbe paid to logistics and the best types of cargo transportation, minimizing damage at all stages of the journey from the field to the counter.
