Методы – сравнительный анализ, социологический опрос, онлайн анкетирование, наблюдение, использование статистической информации. Результаты - авторы отмечают возросший спрос на специалистов, обладающих современными знаниями и инновационными технологиями, которым принадлежит ключевая роль в формировании последующего поколения лидеров и новаторов сельскохозяйственного производства. Доказана необходимость высокой степени педагогических навыков и глубокого понимания тенденций отрасли, включая особенности практики развивающегося аграрного сектора, владение междисциплинарными науками и эффективными методологиями преподавания, способностью интегрировать их в учебные программы. Следует указать на недостаточно крепкие связи образовательных учреждений с сельхозпредприятиями и содержание образования не в полной мере соответствующее требованиям, предъявляемым в настоящее время работодателями к уровню профессиональной компетентности выпускников. Основная задача – поднять уровень и качество жизни казахстанского села, сделать его более привлекательным. Среди первоначальных мер – научное и кадровое обеспечение сельской местности. На основании исследования обосновано, что аграрным вузам требуются не только структурные преобразования, необходима глубокая модернизация сельскохозяйственного образования, чтобы соответствовать реалиям сегодняшнего дня. Грамотные кадры – залог эффективной работы и как следствие дополнительной прибыли и стабильности предприятия. Выводы – создание модели взаимодействия образовательных учреждений аграрного профиля, бизнеса и государства позволит дополнить инновационную составляющую в научноисследовательской деятельности развитием прямых связей с субъектами агропромышленного комплекса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The goal is to show special importance of improving the qualifications of teaching staff, who are faced with the task of training personnel for agricultural industry. Methods – comparative analysis, sociological survey, online survey, observation, use of statistical information. Results - the authors note the increased demand for specialists with modern knowledge and innovative technologies, who play a key role in shaping the next generation of leaders and innovators in agricultural production. The need for a high degree of teaching skills and deep understanding of industry trends, including peculiarities of the practice of developing agricultural sector, mastery of interdisciplinary sciences and effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to integrate them into educational programs has been proven. It should be pointed out that the ties between educational institutions and agricultural enterprises are not strong enough and that the content of education does not fully meet the requirements currently set by employers for the level of professional competence of graduates. The main task is to raise the level and quality of life of the Kazakh village and make it more attractive. Among the initial measures are scientific and personnel support for rural areas. Based on the study, it is substantiated that agricultural universities require not only structural changes, but also a deep modernization of agricultural education in order to meet the realities of today. Competent personnel are the key to effective work and, as a result, additional profit and stability of the enterprise.
