Одной из основных проблем АПК является привлечение талантливой молодежи и высококвалифицированных специалистов в сельское хозяйство. В статье представлены результаты социологического исследования среди студентов выпускных курсов аграрного вуза. Полученные данные показывают, что в мотивации профессионального выбора сту- дентов преобладает социализация над профессионализацией, что влияет на форму и направления реализации их потенциальной профессиональной занятости. Свою возмож- ную профессиональную и жизненную ориентацию на работу в аграрном секторе экономики большинство респондентов связали с активной политикой государства в решении эконо- мических и социальных проблем развития сельского хозяйства.
One of the main problems of agrarian and industrial complex is involvement of talented youth and highly qualified specialists in agriculture. The article presents sociological research among graduate students of agricultural high school. The data show that in motivating profes- sional choices of students predominates socialization of professionalization that affect the shape and direction of the realization of their potential professional employment. The majority of re- spondents his professional life and focus on the work in the agricultural sector of the economy associated with the active policy of the state in solving economic and social problems of agricul- tural development.
