Животноводство в Казахстане - одна из важнейших отраслей аграрного сектора, где в отдельные годы получают более половины валовой продукции сельского хозяйства. Наличие в стране огромных естественных кормовых угодий дает прекрасную возможность производить конкурентоспособную и экологически чистую животноводческую продукцию. В статье представлен анализ текущей ситуации, выявлены основные проблемы формирования экспортных ресурсов мясного животноводства, рассмотрены сложившиеся диспропорции в развитии, спрос и предложение отдельных видов мяса, ценовая ситуация на рынке. Приведены меры, позволяющие ускорить развитие экспортного потенциала животноводческой продукции мясного направления в республике.
Livestock production in Kazakhstan - is one of the most important branches of agrarian sector, which in some years provides more than a half of gross agricultural output. The availability of the vast natural grasslands in the country provides an excellent opportunity to produce competitive and environmentally friendly livestock products. The paper presents the analysis of current situation, identification of main issues of formation of meat livestock production export resources, it explores the existing imbalances in the development, supply and demand of certain types of meat, price situation on market. It presents measures on acceleration of meat livestock production export potential development in the country.
