Проведен анализ ведения кадастровых работ в Польше, деления и распределе- ния земельного фонда по категориям земель и сельскохозяйственным угодьям. Изучены проблемы и даны пути развития сельских территорий и их пространственного планирова- ния с целью адаптации в Казахстане. Сельское расселение Польши характеризуется про- странственными и экономическими изменениями, концентрацией ферм, городской и сель- ской миграцией. Особое значение уделяется делению территорий сельских населенных пунктов по функциональному назначению.

The analysis of conducting cadastral works in Poland, division and distribution of land fund by land categories and farmland has been conducted. The issues and ways of development of rural areas and their spatial planning for adaptation in Kazakhstan have been explored. Rural resettlement in Poland is characterized by spatial and economic changes, concentration of farms, urban and rural migration. Particular importance is paid to the division of territories of rural set- tlements based on their functions.
