Рассмотрены вопросы развития логистических систем в условиях глобализа- ции. Определены приоритеты и тенденции совершенствования управления товародвиже- нием. Исследован зарубежный опыт функционирования торгово-логистических систем. Да- ны рекомендации по формированию механизма реализации товаропроводящей сети. Авто- ры констатируют, что сдерживающие факторы управления организационно-производст- венной структурой товародвижения - это слабое развитие сбытовой логистики, недоста- точная координация между отдельными стадиями движения товаров, нехватка информации о рынке производства и потребления.
The issues of the development of logistics systems in terms of globalization have been highlighted. Priorities and trends in merchandising management improvement have been identi- fied. Foreign experience of functioning of trade and logistics systems has been explored. Rec- ommendations on formation of implementation mechanism of distribution network have been presented. The authors note that factors constraining organizational- production structure of commodity circulation are as follows; weak development of sales logistics, insignificant coordina- tion between certain stages of products movement, insignificant information on production and consumption market.
