Представлена динамика уровня валовой продукции сельского хозяйства. Определены при- чины ее низкой конкурентоспособности. Показаны направления финансирования аграрного сектора на основе реализации государственных программ. Эконометрическая оценка взаи- мосвязи между привлечением инвестиций в сферу АПК и ростом выпуска сельхозпродук- ции значимо доказала их положительную зависимость. Выявлены проблемы и даны реко- мендации по совершенствованию развития АПК в условиях вступления Казахстана в ВТО и международной интеграции в рамках Евразийского экономического союза.
The dynamics of gross output of agricultural production level has been presented. The reasons of its low competitiveness have been determined. Directions of financing agricultural sector based on implementation of government programs have been shown. The econometric evaluation of in- teraction between attraction of investments to AIC sector and agricultural production growth has significantly demonstrated their positive interaction. The problems have been identified and rec- ommendations proposed on improving the development of AIC in terms of accession to the WTO and international integration in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.
